MYTHICAL CREATURE TEA PARTY!

AGES 5-7

CALLING ALL ALICORNS DRAGONS AND MORE!

In this hands on class, students will get to work both in front of and behind the camera. Collaborating to make their very own short film project! We use improv, and theatre games to get the mind, body, voice and imagination moving. Students have fun creating their own mythical creature and work together to form their story of the “Tea Party”. The camp will end in a screening of their project (created and acted, by the students) for friends and families and caregivers.

  • Gain comfort in creative expression!

  • Learn through play to be fearless, spontaneous and authentically in the moment.

  • Hone those improv skills that have been proven to impact communication and leadership.

  • Develop an understanding of the difference between acting for the camera and acting for the stage

  • HAVE A BLAST IN A FUN, RESPECTFUL AND CARING ENVIRONMENT

  • Make a film!

Always wear comfortable clothes and non slip shoes. Please no flip flops. Pack a water bottle and nut free snack and get ready to use your imagination! Pick up is at Noon.

DINNER PARTY IN THE POTIONS ROOM

AGES 8 -10

POTIONS, WIZARDS AND SPELLS!

The camp will end in a screening of their project (created and acted by the students) for friends and families and caregivers.
